University Council
The University Council is the top governing body of Bugema University. It makes major decisions, sets policies, and guides the overall direction of the institution.
- Three (03) University senior administrators
- One (01) students’ representative
- One (01) staff representative
- The three (03) members of the Board of Trustees
- Twelve (12) other professionals appointed and voted by the Uganda Union Executive.
